1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the È piccolo il mondo website and the purchase of products offered through it. The website is operated by RSG HOTELS S.R.L., with registered office at VIA G. RODARI 5, 73100 Lecce, VAT number 05377600753.

2. Products and Availability

All products offered on the website are handmade and described accurately and truthfully. However, slight discrepancies may occur between the images displayed and the actual delivered product. The company does not guarantee continuous availability of all products and reserves the right to modify the assortment, prices, and product descriptions at any time without notice. Any obvious errors in prices or descriptions are not binding for the company.

3. Prices and Payments

The prices shown on the website include VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods available at checkout. The transaction is considered complete only upon confirmation of payment. RSG HOTELS S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or payment irregularities, without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made via selected couriers. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. The company cannot be held responsible for delays or service disruptions attributable to the courier. The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned intact, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, minus any shipping costs. The company reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Legal Warranty of Conformity

The products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty under the Consumer Code. Customers must report any defects within two months of discovery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, non-compliant washing, or modifications made by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

RSG HOTELS S.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the website or purchased products. The company does not guarantee that the website is free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Use of the website is at the user's sole risk.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The data provided will be used solely for order processing, shipment management, and promotional communications where consent is given. Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation, validity, and/or enforcement of the Terms, the Court of Lecce, Italy, where RSG HOTELS S.R.L. has its registered office, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

10. Amendments

RSG HOTELS S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect from the date of publication on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically check the updated Terms.
